Healing requires movement. Through movement we receive transformation.
— Jasmine DeLeon

hi, i’m jasmine

I teach because it [really] works.

The practice found me at a time of fragility and deep internal struggle. Though I wasn’t aware at the time, these healing modalities would become a guide as I navigated some of my deepest internal struggles.

For years I struggled with crippling anxiety, chronic pain, and dis-ease in my body. I quickly became a shell of myself, I searched for answers, I tried what seemed like everything to find relief, and yoga was truly a catalyst for ongoing healing. Consistency in my practice has allowed me to reconnect, and rebuild the broken relationship I once had with my body, mind and heart.

What began as a journey of the self quickly grew into a deep calling to share the powerful benefits of yoga to others, in a simple yet personal way. My mission now is deeply rooted in teaching women the tools that allow us to live more sustainably joyful lives.

This practice is evolves every part of you - it is a refining of the body, mind, and heart. Creating the space for love, faith, and joy to grow within.

I hope you’ll join me.

With love, Jas

My Approach

Group yoga class outdoors with participants lying on mats in a garden setting.

By DeLeon is different because we have a point of view.

By DeLeon is for those who want to move through their life with more creativity, harmony and ease. This space is not only for yoga and movement, but for expression.

My teaching style is warm. I’ll meet you where you’re at, you’re welcome just as you are. I offer an intentional and safe practice, that allows you the space to notice, and tune into the inner workings of yourself. My hope, is that you foster a deeper relationship with your body, mind and heart. Ultimately feeling seen, empowered, and present.
